In Marina 1 the slip dimensions are 8 x 20 and are $1,000 without a lift & $1,400 with a lift (annually)
In Marina 2 the slip dimensions are 10 x 24 and are $1,000 without a lift & $1,400 with a lift (annually)
In Marina 3 the slip dimensions are 8 x 20 except V-Hull and are $700 without a lift & $900 with a lift (annually)
All leases are from June 1st to May 31st, and automatically renew unless 60 written notice is given to not renew. All leases are to be paid in full for the year.

Double Lift slips are $1,600 (annually)
Outside are $85.00 (monthly) or $1,000 (annually)
All others are $1,400 (annually)
Outside slips are all uncovered but have a lift.
All other slips are covered with a hoist lift.
All leases are from June 1st to May 31st, and automatically renew unless 60 written notice is given to not renew. The only exception is outside slips which is the only slips that we will lease on a month to month basis. All other slips are to be paid in full for the year.
The key to the diagram is as follows: The 1st number is the slip number, the 2nd number is the length of the boat it will accommodate (example: 5/4 is slip number 5 and it will accommodate a 24' boat) The "4" will accommodate a 24' and the "8" will accommodate a 28' foot boat.
